The 13th Annual Bill Henry International Eat-a-Cheeseburger Day

Bill Henry, Z"L, circa 1940
The 13th annual Bill Henry International Eat-a-Cheeseburger Day begins at sunset on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, and ends at dusk on the 5th. This day honors the memory of Bill Henry (né Herskovitz), Z"L, for a decision that quite possibly saved an eight-year-old boy from a life of "Jewish chauvinism and exclusivism". For the full story behind Eat-a-Cheeseburger Day please see the 2011 post about this momentous day.

Report on Beth Israel vigil 09-10-22

Nineteen Years, But Who’s Counting?

Our group, Witness for Peace – fka Jewish Witnesses for Peace and Friends – completed 19 years of continuous, peaceful ,weekly protest at Beth Israel Congregation in Ann Arbor, Michigan this past Saturday. Zionist synagogues like Beth Israel are the appropriate – and even the only – place for effective protest against an ethno-religious country that practices racist doctrines which are born and nurtured in synagogues throughout the world. We warn Americans of the detrimental effects of an over-abused Jewish Power, and have been successful at stressing “America First Not Israel” as our approval counts continually show. See Scorecard below.

Eat-A-Cheeseburger Day Looms

PeaceMonger reminds us that the Annual Bill Henry International Eat-a-Cheeseburger Day – aka Yom Kippur – will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. This 13th annual celebration honors the memory of Bill Henry for a decision that quite possibly saved an eight-year-old boy from a life of "Jewish chauvinism and exclusivism". Barnes Review Radio Interview

This writer was interviewed by John Friend, regular columnist for the American Free Press, on August 30 for The Barnes Review History Hour. John writes: “On this edition of TBR History Hour, we’re joined by Henry Herskovitz, an anti-Israel activist and supporter of historical revisionism. Henry and I discuss some recent developments in his legal struggles to protect his First Amendment rights, our Q&A article published in the July/August 2022 edition of The Barnes Review, historical revisionism, an article published by the Jewish Daily Forward highlighting Henry’s legal battles, and much more!”. Listen here.

A Prophet Speaks (to us)

At our vigil on August 27, a passerby informs us that we “… should do our research a little bit”, then proceeds to blame Iran for the Jewish state’s ongoing genocide against Christians and Muslims in Palestine. Claiming he is a prophet, he informs us that our sign: “Are Jews Above Criticism?” is anti-Semitic. He doesn’t want an argument, but later relents and I get a few words in. Please view this video and draw your own conclusions.
